The question I get asked a lot about Online Marketing is; what do I do all day while I’m marketing online? As an online marketer you don’t have to travel to a physical location for 12 hours or more a day (common when you own a traditional biz) in order to get your work done. I get to work on my computer from the comfort of my home. And let me tell you, there is always work to be done. Sometimes I can start working from the time I wake up, eat, get my coffee and sit down at my computer in the morning, and the next thing I know, it’s night time already! That’s just me though, and it’s not all of the time, but it does happen.

In this article, we’ll break this down a bit further.
Online marketing is the marketing of products and services over the Internet,pure and simple. It is using the Internet to do one or more of the following:

Email marketing is essentially the online equivalent of direct mail marketing.

which is the placement of ads on a website for a fee. The offline equivalent of this form of online marketing would be traditional ads in newspapers or magazines.
